Welcome to the Bloomington Girls Hockey – Summer Sniper Challenge. Off-ice shooting and stick handling is an easy, fast, fun and free way to improve your skills in the off-season! This is for any player planning on playing during the 2020/2021 season.
We have put together a series of short instructional videos with the help of a current member of our hometown professional hockey team, The Minnesota Whitecaps. A special thank you to Sadie Lundquist for helping us out. We really think you’ll enjoy getting tips and learning from a player of Sadie’s skill level!
OBJECTIVE: To improve your shooting and stick handling by putting in quality/correctly executed reps. Please watch instructional videos prior to shooting/stick handling to ensure proper form.
The challenge will run from April 17 – August 31.
