THE LITTLE WILD PROGRAM IS BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND EVEN BIGGER THAN LAST YEAR!
The Minnesota Wild, in partnership with Hy-Vee, Inc., Minnesota Hockey, CCM, Pure Hockey, NHL, and NHLPA announced today that registration for the 2018 Little Wild Learn To Play Program will open at 10 a.m. CT on Monday, May 21at www.wild.com/littlewild. This program is open to any child 5-8 years of age as of September 1, 2018.
The program is open to those who have NOT previously participated in a Little Wild Program or an organized youth hockey team or association.
The Little Wild program will begin in September, when more than 1,000 kids will have the opportunity to take part. Each participant will be outfitted with gear from head-to-toe and receive four hours of professional on-ice instruction for $125. New This year each participant will also receive a FREE ticket to a Minnesota Wild Pre-season home game and there will be a Little Wild Graduation Ceremony at Roy Wilkins Auditorium on Saturday, September 22nd. The program will also promote the importance of regular exercise, team work, and developing leadership skills while having fun experiencing the game of hockey.
Registration starts at 10 am on Monday, May 21.
Bloomington Ice Gardens (BIG) will be one of the locations for the program! Wednesdays in September from 7:15-8:15pm.
