USA Hockey Member Registration (will also collect the MN hockey affiliate fee)

*Final Team adjustment based on number of players on the team, tournament expenses, coaching expenses, etc. Each team is responsible for tracking and managing expenses based on a budget template provided. Final invoice will be delivered by email. Payment must be initiated by the payee, either online by credit/debit card or by check. 

Payment Options:

1. Full payment at registration
2. $225 at registration and balance charged in four monthly installments
3. $225 at registration and balance charged on December 15
4. $225 at registration and balance charged the following month

Other Notes:

USA Hockey fee is non-refundable.

MN Hockey fee is non-refundable.

BGHC Pre-season/Tryout Fee is non-refundable, with the exception of 15U players that make the high school team.

Team Payments are non-refundable, with the exception of 15U players that make the high school team.

Players must be registered to participate in Pre-Season. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Player accounts must be current to participate in Tryouts. Exceptions must be approved by BGHC Board.

Team Payments will be auto-pay by credit/debit card on the dates above. Exceptions must be approved by BGHC Board.

Team Costs do not include personal expenses.

Periodic statements will be sent via email to show player account balances, including fundraising credits.

Player accounts must be current by January 1 to continue playing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

6U Girls (Born on or after June 1, 2016)
